Zusammenfassung

Attwater is recruiting a Site Maintenance professional for its Preston site. The role covers upkeep of a busy manufacturing unit with a 38-hour week in a 07:00–15:30 Mon–Thu and 07:00–13:00 Fri pattern.

Salary is £28,000–£30,000 per annum. You will work under the Technical Director, undertaking building, groundworks, roofing, flooring, plumbing and liaison with suppliers to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in maintenance across building, grounds and basic trades.
• Good housekeeping, attention to health and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Aufgaben

• Repair brick walls, groundworks, roofing and flooring across the site.
• Build internal structures and carry out general maintenance tasks.
• Procure materials and liaise with suppliers and contractors.
• Coordinate with third-party contractors for out-of-scope work.
