Job summary

EQUANS is seeking a Contract Supervisor for the Peel Group contract in Salford. You will supervise and manage a team of static engineers, ensuring PPM and Reactive Works are completed safely and on time, in line with contracted outputs and EQUANS processes.

Responsibilities include maintaining compliance, supporting the Contract Manager with customer communications, and contributing to 24/7 maintenance coverage and contingency planning. Experience in building services is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of engineers in a building services environment.
• Strong focus on Health & Safety and quality compliance.
• Proven ability to manage planned and reactive maintenance to KPI/SLAs.
• Solid stakeholder management and contract governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of static engineers, ensuring PPM and Reactive Works meet output specs.
• Ensure Building Engineering services align with strategy and contractual obligations.
• Maintain RAMS, incident reports and documentation for compliance and continuity.
• Act as first point of contact for site HR issues and subcontractor coordination.
• Support Contract Manager in customer complaints and performance reporting.
• Participate in 24/7 maintenance cover and emergency contingency planning.
