Job summary

Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Site Maintenance Manager to oversee all planned and reactive maintenance at the Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital site. The role requires coordination of Electrical, Mechanical, Building and Grounds services to ensure reliable operation and safety.

You will utilise CAFM systems to monitor performance, drive compliance, and lead the Estates maintenance team to deliver high standards of service and regulatory adherence.
