Job summary

The Site Maintenance Manager at Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital leads planned and reactive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, building services and grounds. The role is a key member of the Estates senior management team, guiding maintenance performance and compliance to ensure safe and reliable hospital facilities.

They oversee in-house teams and contractors, manage service level agreements, and undertake authorised persons duties in specialist services.

Job description

The Site Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing all planned and reactive maintenance tasks at the Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital site including Electrical services , mechanical services , building services and grounds and gardens. A key member of the Estates senior management team the post holder will utilise CAFM systems to monitor and report on maintenance performance and compliance

• Manage in house and contractors undertaking maintenance tasks across the estates.
• Manage and monitor service level agreements.
• Undertake Authorised Persons duties in specialist services
