Tasks and Qualifications:

Principal Accountabilities:

• To carry out first line response to the installed MHE system faults.
• Prioritise system faults.
• To complete the relevant faults logs.
• Assist with the MHE equipment servicing in accordance to the Dematic standards as set out in the equipment manuals.
• To ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
• To ensure quality of output.
• Assist in the completion of relevant service records.
• Assist with the resolution of equipment faults.
• To complete written reports.
• Involvement in continuous improvement activities.

Knowledge & Experience Required:

• To have a basic understanding of mechanical / electrically operated machinery.
• Previous experience of working in a warehouse or production environment.
• Minimum standards of numeracy and literacy.
