Job summary

A well-established supplier of hydraulic and Electric Submersible Pumps is seeking a Diesel Fitter in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for dismantling, repairing, and fitting various diesel pumps and engines. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate, overtime opportunities, and benefits including 33 days of holiday and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Diesel Fitting, ideally on Pumps or Engines.
• Confident in your ability to strip repair and fit mechanical components.
• Full Driving licence.

Diesel Fitter required for a well-established specialist supplier of hydraulic and Electric Submersible Pumps. The successful Candidate will be undertaking Dismantling, repair and fitting responsibilities on a range of Diesel Pumps and Diesel Engines.

• Split working between the company workshop and customer sites
• Dismantle, diagnose and fitting on a range of Diesel Pumps and Engines
• Undertaking repair work in the company workshop on Pumps and Engines
• Previous experience in Diesel Fitting, ideally on Pumps or Engines
• Confident in your ability to strip repair and fit mechanical components
• Previous experience as a diesel fitter
• Based within a commutable distance of Manchester
• Full Driving licence
• 15.35 per hour
• Full time, 39-hour week
• Monday to Thursday 8:00 - 16:30 Friday 8:00 - 15:30
• Overtime Available
• 33 Days holiday including public holidays
• Pension
