Job summary

EDF Energy Limited is seeking a Logistics Operative for CLS Days & Nights at the Hinkley Point C site. You will support logistics operations, manage vehicle access, and coordinate deliveries with safety at the forefront.

On appointment, you'll train as a Traffic Marshal and progress with the CPCS qualification. The role offers a competitive salary, strong pension, and employee benefits in a challenging nuclear site environment.

Qualifications

• CITB Operative Health & Safety Test required before start.
• Good IT skills and ability to use electronic systems.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team with safety focus.
• Good communication skills for site operations.

Responsibilities

• Support management of Vehicle Control Access Points (VCAPs).
• Use electronic systems to check and manage bookings for construction delivery routes.
• Support vehicle movements within designated areas once trained as a Traffic Marshal.
• Ensure safe use of pedestrian crossings for workers on site.
• Collaborate with blue and white-collar teams across the project.
• Help maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
