Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an Operations Manager for Amazon Logistics. You will lead a team of Area Managers and drive the operational plan to meet safety, quality and productivity targets across one or more sites in Enfield or Harlow.

You will analyse performance metrics, coach managers, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and Safety to deploy initiatives that raise site performance and efficiency. Fluency in English and relevant degree required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and managing stakeholders.
• Experience using data to drive business decisions and improve performance.
• Strong background in operations or supply chain with a track record of delivering results.
• Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing; Bachelor's or higher degree.
