Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. - A10 is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of Area Managers across Enfield and Harlow.

You will drive operational plans, safety, quality and productivity, and collaborate with HR, Finance and Security to ensure site excellence. The role requires experience in people management, data-driven decision making, and Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, with a bachelor's or master's degree.

Qualifications

Experience in people management and stakeholder management.
Experience using data to influence business decisions.
Experience with operations/supply chain.
Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree.
Experience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques.
Experience in a logistics/operations environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop a team of Area Managers.
Lead operational teams on a shift, deal with issues, and positively impact site performance.
Analyse shift performance against relevant business objectives, and put in place actions to improve our operational excellence.
Work closely with other support teams, including HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security.
Design and deliver initiatives across the sites to improve operational performance.
