Morrisons is seeking a Site Manager to lead a large-scale logistics operation for the UK’s second largest food manufacturer. You will balance creating a positive working environment with driving efficiencies and ensuring customer availability and site productivity targets are met.

You will engage, lead and develop the site leadership team, build relationships up to Executive level, and drive performance improvements with a people-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Experience of Site Manager/Director level for a Logistics/Distribution business.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation to run a world-class operation.
• Strong leadership to create a people-driven culture.
• Excellent influencing and negotiation, stakeholder management.
• Analytical thinking and commercial acumen.
