Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven leadership within chemical manufacturing.
• COMAH site experience essential.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Solid understanding of EHS and process safety in chemical manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for safe and effective management of the manufacturing site.
• Lead and develop site teams, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Develop and implement the site strategy in line with wider business objectives.
• Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Champion a strong safety, quality culture, ensuring COMAH and regulatory compliance.
• Manage site budgets, CAPEX, and fixed costs to meet financial targets.
• Identify Lean, automation and digitalization opportunities and embed change.
• Lead transformational initiatives and sustain improvements across the site.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
