Global Chemical Manufacturer in West Yorkshire is seeking a Site Manager to lead a COMAH manufacturing facility, delivering safety, performance and growth. You will shape strategy, drive operational excellence and embed a culture of engagement.

You will manage budgets, lead lean and automation initiatives, and develop high-performing teams while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to support sustainability and innovation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related discipline.
• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement knowledge.
• Experience with automation and digitalisation projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
