Home Hospitality Group is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the retail side of their expanding operation in London. You will work closely with the senior leadership team and drive consistency, quality, and guest experience across multiple sites.

The role focuses on stabilising and consolidating growth, managing a team of 10+ site managers, and fostering accountability within the teams while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

What an exciting role with such a considered, thoughtful and quality-driven group. They’ve been having an incredible year with plenty of new openings and accolades galore. The senior team is now looking to bring someone on to help oversee the retail side of the operation. In this role you’d work really closely with the senior leadership team and collaboration and consensus is the way this business operates. Day-to-day you would be the line manager for 10+ site managers and the big focus on this role is stabilising and consolidating the growth they’ve recently achieved. This business is really team and culture focused and ensuring each site and team is operating at it’s absolute best is really important to this role. You would foster a sense of accountability and also autonomy amongst the site teams whilst also overseeing the commercial performance and guest experience provided at each site.
