Murphy is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead on-site operations across earthwork, drainage and civil activities. You will manage plant, equipment and materials, coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams, and ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental standards.

Travel and site stays will be required. A CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS and a UK driving licence are essential, with Excel proficiency and strong communication to build effective team relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience on Major Projects including drainage, utilities, pavement, piling, RC ground level structures (marine optional).
• CSCS

Responsabilités

• Manage on-site resources including plant, machinery, and materials to optimise productivity and project efficiency.
• Oversee multiple workstreams across Earthwork, Drainage & Civil operations, applying best practices and maintaining compliance with environmental and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to maintain workflow and meet project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
• Conduct site briefings and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Maintain Murphy project quality controls to deliver according to spec.
