RTL Group Ltd in Coventry is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead civil works on a major highways package. You will supervise site operatives and subcontractors, coordinate labour, plant and materials, and deliver toolbox talks to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Gold/Black CSCS card, SSSTS/SMSTS, and a strong civil engineering background, plus a full UK driving licence. You will report to the Site Manager and work on a busy infrastructure project.

Qualifications

• Gold CSCS or Black CSCS card.
• SSSTS or SMSTS.
• Experience managing or supervising highways projects.
• Strong civil engineering background.
• Knowledge of RAMS and health and safety procedures.
• Full UK driving licence.
