Job summary

Teemill Tech Limited is seeking a Site & Installations Coordinator to coordinate the operation of Teemill's physical sites and deploy podOS hardware at customer factories. Based mainly at our Cowes site, the role includes planning, testing and hands-on installation, with regular international travel.

You will manage facilities works, install kits, and escalate software issues as needed; we value problem-solvers who can work across teams to improve site performance and deployment quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, installations or similar operations.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to build, configure and test hardware to standards.
• Experience coordinating contractors or site works.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day site and facilities coordination across Teemill locations, ensuring buildings, utilities, cleaning, security and general site conditions support effective operations.
• Coordinate planned and reactive facilities works, including contractors, servicing, repairs and associated site requirements.
• Own the planning and coordination of podOS hardware installations, ensuring customer, site, equipment, travel and resource requirements are understood before deployment.
• Build, configure and test and prepare podOS hardware and installation kits in line with agreed deployment standards and schedules.
• Deliver hands-on hardware installations at customer factory locations, including testing, commissioning and customer handover.
• Manage installation snags and post-installation hardware support, escalating software/system issues to Development where required.

Job description

We’re looking for a Site & Installations Coordinator to join the team to coordinate the effective operation and improvement of Teemill's physical sites and deliver reliable podOS hardware deployments at customer factory locations.

Based primarily at our Cowes site, this role offers the opportunity to travel internationally on a regular basis. Trips are usually short, a few days at a time though longer assignments of up to two weeks may be required.

What you will be doing as a Site & Installations Coordinator:

• Own day-to-day site and facilities coordination across Teemill locations, ensuring buildings, utilities, cleaning, security and general site conditions support effective operations.
• Coordinate planned and reactive facilities works, including contractors, servicing, repairs and associated site requirements.
• Own the planning and coordination of podOS hardware installations, ensuring customer, site, equipment, travel and resource requirements are understood before deployment.
• Build, configure, test and prepare podOS hardware and installation kits in line with agreed deployment standards and schedules.
