Job summary

Teemill on the Isle of Wight is hiring a Junior Graphic Designer to create on-trend prints and build high-converting ecommerce assets. You’ll design for jerseywear, homeware, art prints and stationery, while shaping marketing content for VIP partnerships.

This hands-on role collaborates with account managers, senior designers and the marketing team to deliver bold, brand-consistent work. A strong portfolio and proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator are essential.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio that shows off your design skills and versatility.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• A sharp eye for detail, layout, and visual style across different media.

Responsibilities

• Design standout prints for products like jerseywear, homeware, art prints and stationery.
• Build and maintain ecommerce merchandise stores for VIP clients, ensuring they look great and drive conversions.
• Produce creative ad and marketing content, including newsletters and campaign assets.
• Contribute to the Teemill design platform with pitch pages, website content, marketing assets and design library resources.
• Track progress with weekly reporting on project performance.

Graphic Designer - Junior Freshwater, Isle of Wight/Remote Full Time

We’re looking for a creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team and bring big ideas to life for our VIP partnerships. You’ll work on everything from designing on-trend, commercially successful prints to building high-converting ecommerce stores and creating ad and marketing content.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate closely with account managers, senior designers, and our marketing team to deliver high-quality creative that makes an impact.
