• Site management qualification and experience as a site manager.
• Experience managing multiple teams/sites effectively.
• Experience in managing delegated budgets and significant budgets.
• NEBOSH or IOSH qualification.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the site teams, resolving day-to-day issues.
• Prepare site budgets and coordinate with finance for processes and savings.
• Collect data for building/facilities procurements.
• Oversee premises development planning and maintenance.
• Maintain a robust Planned Preventative Maintenance regime.
• Develop and promote use of the Help Desk and train staff.
• Review energy consumption using the Energy Portal and PV data.
• Write and review H&S risk assessments for on-site activities.
