  • Monitor compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation and company standards.
  • Support incident investigations, identifying root causes and ensuring actions are implemented effectively.
  • Analyse EHS performance data and help identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain and support the site's management systems, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
  • Deliver EHS inductions, training and awareness programmes across the site.
  • Share best practice and collaborate with EHS colleagues across the wider business network.
  • Support environmental initiatives, sustainability projects and continuous improvement activities.

ABOUT YOU

You are an enthusiastic and proactive EHS professional who enjoys building relationships and influencing others. You're confident providing advice and guidance and are ready to take ownership of a site with the support of an experienced wider EHS team.

This role would suit someone currently working as an EHS Advisor, Senior EHS Advisor or EHS Business Partner who is looking to progress into their first standalone site leadership position.
