Job summary

Aliaxis seeks an Environmental, Health & Safety lead to drive the EHS agenda at our Huntingdon manufacturing site. You will champion safety, ensure legal compliance, and embed wellbeing in daily decisions, partnering with site leadership to deliver improvements.

The role requires a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (NCRQ Level 6), strong UK H&S knowledge, and experience with ISO 45001/14001, audits, risk assessments and incident investigations. Training and cross-site collaboration are key.

Qualifications

• Must hold NEBOSH Diploma or NCRQ Level 6 Health & Safety qualification.
• Experience in a manufacturing/operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the site's EHS Lead, providing guidance to managers and employees.
• Develop and deliver site EHS improvement plans aligned to objectives.
• Drive safety training, auditing, and risk control across the site.
• Analyse EHS data, support investigations, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain ISO 45001/ISO 14001 systems and contribute to continuous improvement.
