Job summary

Aliaxis is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Lead to own the EHS agenda for a manufacturing site in the UK. You will champion health, safety and environmental standards, ensure legal compliance and reduce risk as part of a proactive safety culture.

You will partner with site leadership and operations to drive continuous improvement and embed wellbeing in daily decision-making. You will lead EHS activities, deliver inductions and trainings, manage ISO 45001/14001 requirements, and share

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or NCRQ Level 6 or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
• Experience in Health & Safety or EHS within manufacturing/engineering/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the site’s primary contact for all EHS matters and provide guidance to managers and employees.
• Develop and deliver site EHS improvement plans aligned to business objectives.
• Drive safety awareness through coaching, training and initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments and help control workplace hazards.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation and ISO standards.
• Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
