Job summary

360 Recruitment is seeking an HR Officer to work on-site with the management team, delivering people policies and processes in line with best practice and legislative requirements. You will provide first-line day-to-day advice, guidance and hands-on support across performance management, employee relations, disciplinary and absence management.

You’ll coordinate recruitment activities and assist with headcount planning, while maintaining the absence process, including Occupational Health

Qualifications

• Experience in a site-based HR role, ideally in manufacturing, warehousing or factory environments.
• Ideally CIPD qualified and/or working towards.
• Experience supporting performance management, disciplinary and absence management processes.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of people policies and processes in line with best practice and legislation.
• Provide first-line day-to-day advice and hands-on support for managers and employees.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including handling enquiries, advertising, screening and interviewing; manage absence processes and sickness meetings.
