RTL Group Ltd is recruiting a Foreman to deliver a major civil engineering and highways package in Leeds. The role involves supervising site operatives and subcontractors, coordinating labour, plant and materials, and liaising with the Site Manager and project team to drive timely delivery with a strong safety focus.

The ideal candidate will hold a Gold or Black CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS, a full UK driving licence, and a solid civil engineering background with RAMS knowledge.

Qualifications

• Gold CSCS or Black CSCS card.
• SSSTS or SMSTS.
• Experience supervising major civils or highways schemes.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong civil engineering background.
• Good RAMS and health and safety knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Supervising site operatives and subcontractors.
• Managing day-to-day site activities.
• Overseeing civil engineering works on a large civils scheme.
• Coordinating labour, plant and materials.
• Delivering toolbox talks and ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Liaising with the Site Manager and project team.
