RTL Group is seeking a Foreman to deliver a major civil engineering and highways package in Leeds. You will oversee site teams, manage daily activities, and ensure safety and RAMS compliance on a large civils project.

Ideal candidates have a strong civil engineering background, CSCS credentials, and a full UK driving licence, with experience on major highways schemes. You will liaise with the Site Manager and project team to keep works on track.

Formación

• CSCS Gold or Black card
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience supervising major civils/highways schemes
• Strong civil engineering background
• Good RAMS and health & safety understanding

My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a foremen to help deliver a major civil engineering and highways package in Leeds. Foreman Responsibilities:

• Supervising site operatives and subcontractors.
• Managing day-to-day site activities.
• Overseeing civil engineering works on a large civils scheme.
• Coordinating labour, plant and materials.
• Delivering toolbox talks and ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Liaising with the Site Manager and project team. Gold CSCS or Black CSCS card.
• SSSTS or SMSTS.
• Previous experience managing or supervising major civils or highways schemes.
• Strong civil engineering background.
• Good understanding of RAMS and health and safety procedures.
• Full UK driving licence.
