Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking a Foreman to deliver a major civil engineering and highways package in Leeds. You will supervise site operatives and subcontractors, coordinate labour, plant and materials, and lead toolbox talks to ensure safety and compliance.

The role requires a strong civil engineering background with RAMS knowledge and a valid UK driving licence. You will report to the Site Manager and work on a large civils project in Leeds.

Qualifications

• CSCS card (Gold or Black) and SMSTS or SSSTS.
• Experience supervising major civils or highways schemes.
• Strong civil engineering background.
• Good understanding of RAMS and health and safety procedures.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervising site operatives and subcontractors.
• Managing day-to-day site activities.
• Overseeing civil engineering works on a large civils scheme.
• Coordinating labour, plant and materials.
