Job summary

RTL Group, a national civil engineering contractor, is seeking a Foreman to help deliver a major civil package in Trowbridge. You will supervise site operatives and subcontractors, manage daily activities, and coordinate labour, plant and materials on a large civils scheme.

Role requires CSCS (Gold/Black), SSSTS/SMSTS, RAMS knowledge and a full UK driving licence. Prior experience in major civils projects and strong health and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• CSCS card required (Gold or Black).
• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
• Experience supervising major civils schemes.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervising site operatives and subcontractors.
• Managing day-to-day site activities.
