Your role
The Site Engineer's (SE) core responsibility is to perform infrastructure-related activities in our Data Centres to ensure reliable and efficient operation of the technical infrastructure. This includes maintenance, testing, and surveillance of all assets installed. The role involves troubleshooting, assembly, and day-to-day scheduling of maintenance tasks. It is also responsible for meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs), delivering client satisfaction, and participating in a 7x24 shift rotation when applicable.
