Description

• Manage and undertake all PPM routines and reactive attendances of Mechanical Building Services equipment at the designated client site.
• Ensure all task instructions and records are completed and returned to Helpdesk, and all Site Log Book records are updated and maintained according to standard practices.
• The role may involve providing maintenance and reactive services to the site 5 days a week, depending on client needs.
• May be required to cover absences at other client sites as needed.

Duties

• Receive PPM instructions electronically from the PlanOn system and perform all maintenance tasks accordingly.
• Ensure availability of maintenance consumables and arrange replenishment to maintain stock levels.
• Complete all records accurately, maintaining an up-to-date Site Log Book for the Client.
• Perform diagnostic analyses as required by the system.
• Conduct visual inspections of equipment and report any issues affecting reliability.
• Communicate with the Client’s representative to address issues and ensure service quality.
• Perform general maintenance, good housekeeping, and plant room cleaning to maximize equipment lifespan.
• Participate in Health & Safety protocols and report risks or omissions.
• Report on subcontracted work performance if applicable.
• Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and keep the Client informed of progress.
• Suggest improvements to enhance productivity, costs, and service quality.
• Complete maintenance tasks generated by the PMST “PlanOn” CAFM system.
• Handle breakdowns as necessary.
• Keep plant areas clean and tidy.
• Respond quickly to client requests.
• Maintain all site records and logbooks.
• Seek ways to improve site operations continually.
• Work with the team to provide daily services to the Facilities department.
