• Essential background as a Site Engineer with solid technical expertise and industry best practice knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of site health and safety, CDM regulations, quality assurance, and material procurement.
• Familiarity with BIM software/models and modern digital construction tools is desirable.
• Excellent communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Implement the engineering strategy and provide ongoing technical guidance on site.
• Manage materials, plant and labour within budget to ensure safe, timely project delivery.
• Maintain quality assurance standards and raise issues to drive continuous improvement.
• Enforce health, safety, and CDM compliance to maintain a zero-harm mindset.
• Collaborate with consultants, suppliers and client reps on design solutions and procurement.
• Utilise BIM models and digital tools to monitor progress and prepare performance reports.
