Randstad CPE seeks an experienced Site Engineer near Peterhead to support the delivery of the project's engineering strategy, ensuring technical assurance, quality control, safety, and efficient resource management across site operations. The role requires CSCS, a civil engineering qualification (HNC/HND/degree) and strong leadership with excellent communication.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Site Engineer with solid technical expertise.
• CSCS Card required.
• HNC/HND or Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) is desirable; professional accreditation (MICE / MIStructE) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Engineering & Technical Support: Implement the engineering strategy and support project delivery teams.
• Site & Resource Management: Manage materials, plant, and labor within budget.
• Quality & Assurance: Maintain QA standards and raise issues to drive improvement.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and CDM compliance on site.
• Stakeholder & Procurement Liaison: Work with consultants, suppliers and client reps on design solutions and schedules.
• Reporting & Digital Tools: Use BIM and digital tools to monitor progress and report to senior management.
