Job summary

Randstad Delivery is seeking an experienced Site Engineer for a role near Peterhead, Scotland. The project requires strong technical delivery, quality control, and safety compliance on site. You will support engineering strategy, manage resources, and liaise with consultants and suppliers.

Requirements include a valid CSCS card and a Civil Engineering degree (HNC/HND/degree) with professional accreditation desirable. The position is full-time with office near AB42 3ED.

Qualifications

• Essential background as a Site Engineer with solid technical expertise and industry best practice knowledge.
• Valid CSCS Card required.
• A Civil Engineering degree (HNC/HND or Degree) is highly desirable; professional accreditation (MICE / MIStructE) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement the engineering strategy and support project delivery teams on site.
• Manage materials, plant and labour within budget for safe, timely delivery.
• Maintain quality and safety assurances, conduct audits and raise issues as needed to drive improvement.
• Enforce health, safety, and CDM compliance with a zero-harm mindset.
• Collaborate with consultants, suppliers and client representatives on design solutions and procurement.
• Use BIM models and digital tools to monitor progress and generate reports to senior management.
