Job summary

Arvato is recruiting a Site Maintenance Engineer for our Corby site. You will maintain building, equipment, and automation systems to support a busy logistics operation.

The role involves safety-focused maintenance, problem solving, and collaboration with site teams to minimise downtime. The ideal candidate has multi-skilled maintenance experience in warehousing or manufacturing, with fault-finding skills and a proactive hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, facilities or building services engineering.
• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing or logistics environments is valued.
• Knowledge of health & safety and contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across the site.
• Respond to reactive maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Support maintenance, fault-finding and basic troubleshooting of robotics and automation.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors safely and to standard.
• Support statutory compliance and maintain maintenance records.
• Conduct routine site inspections and seek improvements.
• Assist with equipment installations and site improvement projects.
• Ensure work aligns with Health & Safety laws and procedures.
• Support environmental and sustainability initiatives.
