Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Site Contracts Manager to lead field-based teams across multiple sites in the UK. You will ensure smooth project delivery, monitor quality, and provide on-site coaching and support while coordinating resources and training.

The role requires strong organisation, communication, and decision-making skills, with a flexible approach to hours and nationwide travel. A full UK driving licence and CSCS card are essential, with IPAF/PASMA advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support field-based teams across multiple sites.
• Monitor work quality and maintain operational standards.
• Provide practical guidance, coaching and on-site support.
• Deliver toolbox talks, inductions and training.
• Carry out site inspections and compliance checks.
• Assist mobilisation of new contracts and service rollouts.
• Prepare and review RAMS and other operational docs.
• Coordinate equipment, vehicles and resources.
• Respond to short-notice operational requirements.
• Complete reports, audits and photographic records.
• Lead regular team briefings and performance discussions.
