Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced Site Manager for civil engineering, utilities and infrastructure projects across Central England, with a focus on Manchester. You will manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate project teams and ensure delivery to programme, budget and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a solid health and safety background, including SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in site management within civil engineering, utilities or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management.
• Proven ability to lead site teams and subcontractors.
• Sound health and safety understanding and compliance requirements.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities on site to deliver safe, on-time and quality works.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to meet programme targets.
• Ensure works align with budget, programme and quality standards.
• Maintain high health, safety and environmental standards on site.
• Review RAMS and implement safe systems of work.
