Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is recruiting a Site Contract Manager to oversee all operational cleaning and waste management across two sites, Deeside and Rhymney. The role drives labour management, asset maintenance, and financial administration while coaching and developing the on-site management team.

You will lead recruitment and training, ensure H&S compliance, deliver KPI reporting, and manage client relationships through regular service reviews.

Formación

• Education: HNC or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Proven management or supervisory background with a history of managing customer-focused cleaning contracts.
• Industry Knowledge: Sound understanding of the FM Soft Services.
• H&S Compliance: Strong working knowledge of H & S regulations and legislation.
• Tech Savvy: Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Financial Acumen: Experience managing cost controls and resource planning.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, proven delegation skills, and the capacity to prioritise workload under tight deadlines. Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.

Responsabilidades

• Lead personnel processes including training, absence management, and disciplinary procedures through onsite cleaning supervisors.
• Enforce safe working practices by strictly implementing company and statutory H&S regulations, ensuring RAMS are active and followed.
• Oversee operational cleaning and waste activities to ensure services consistently meet and exceed client expectations.
• Efficiently schedule on-site activities and manage capacity planning for both individuals and teams.
• Drive quantitative and qualitative initiatives to optimize costs, quality, and service standards while actively working to reduce year-on-year consumable and overtime costs.
• Monitor profitability by measuring actual operational costs against budgets.
• Manage and deliver accurate KPI reports according to agreed schedules.
• Build, maintain, and elevate professional relationships with the client, attending regular service reviews to measure and improve client satisfaction.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of internal HR processes, collaborating with the HR team to manage staff competence, training records, and development.
