Job summary

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Site Contract Manager to oversee cleaning and waste services at two sites in Deeside and Rhymney. You will manage labour, equipment maintenance, and budgets, while coaching the on-site team and driving recruitment and development.

You will lead health and safety compliance, ensure service excellence, and deliver KPI reporting in a fast-paced FM Soft Services environment.

Qualifications

• Education: HNC or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Proven management or supervisory background.
• Industry Knowledge: FM Soft Services experience.
• H&S Compliance: Strong working knowledge of H & S regulations.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Financial Acumen: Cost controls and budgeting experience.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and prioritisation under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead labour management and resource planning for two sites in Deeside and Rhymney.
• Oversee cleaning and waste services to meet client expectations.
• Coach and manage the on-site management team and operatives.
