Job summary

300 North Limited is recruiting a Contract Manager to oversee a multi-site soft facilities management portfolio, including cleaning, grounds maintenance and bulk waste collection. The role is based in Brighton with regular travel to Crawley, Chichester and Horsham.

You will lead frontline teams, manage client relationships and ensure services meet standards, performance targets and budgets. The salary is £45,000-£50,000 plus an electric company car, with ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multi-site soft FM services, particularly cleaning and grounds maintenance.
• Experience overseeing contracts valued at £1 million or more.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing frontline teams.
• Sound budget management skills and exposure to full profit and loss accountability.
• Good knowledge of health and safety requirements.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• IOSH Managing Safely, or an equivalent qualification, would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, audits, estate walkabouts and risk assessments.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure safe, compliant working practices.

Salary: £45,000-£50,000 plus electric company car

Permanent Monday-Friday, 7.30am-3.30pm

An established facilities management provider is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a multi-site portfolio delivering cleaning, grounds maintenance and bulk waste collection services.

You will lead frontline teams, build strong client relationships and ensure services meet agreed standards, performance targets and budgets.
