Job summary

Culina Group is seeking a Continuous Improvement Practitioner to oversee the site CI plan and act as PMO for the site, supporting the Operational Excellence Strategy. You will drive changes that improve safety, quality, cost, delivery and engagement, and coach colleagues in CI fundamentals.

Roles involve reporting progress, managing risks, leading small projects, and enabling system change with site teams and the regional CI Manager. A collaborative, proactive mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Awareness of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience leading or participating in projects using basic PM tools.
• Presentation skills and ability to deliver training.
• Some knowledge of IT systems (e.g., M-Type, SCE, TMS, Info view).
• Experience working closely with operations and building effective relationships.
• Experience implementing change in challenging environments.
• Experience in a project environment and improvement activity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of the site CI plan and PMO activities.
• Report progress, risks, issues and benefits for CI and project work.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, cost, service and engagement.
• Track and report benefits and support resource planning.
• Lead the delivery of small CI projects to unlock benefits.
• Upskill and coach colleagues on CI basics and problem solving.
• Support major system changes on site with stakeholders.
• Support data gathering for diagnostics and benefits tracking.
• Deliver and govern new operational processes to sustain changes.
• Communicate CI activity to site teams via the plan.
• Support the wider CI strategy with the Central Projects team.
