Job summary

Culina Group is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to lead and deliver improvement initiatives across its logistics and operations.

You will identify opportunities, run workshops, deliver 1-2 medium to large projects, and coach teams in CI tools, change management, and governance.

The role includes building stakeholder relationships, tracking benefits with Finance, and promoting best practices across the business.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in project management and CI in logistics.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma CI methods.
• Proven track record delivering measurable business benefits.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; structured problem solving.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities across safety, quality, cost, and service.
• Facilitate CI workshops and requirements gathering.
• Lead 1–2 medium to large projects end-to-end.
• Define governance and manage budgets, risks, changes.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and report CI activity.
• Deliver training on CI tools and change management.
• Support business case development and funding.
• Track realised benefits with Finance and CI teams.
• Promote CI best practices across the organisation.
