Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee a large cleaning team at a prestigious client site. You will manage daily tasks, cover sickness/holidays, audit workloads, and ensure cleaning standards are met across the site.

You will apply health and safety guidelines, build strong relationships with operatives, inspect offices, toilets, canteen, and warehouse areas, and help prepare the cinemas for public access. Flexibility and team spirit are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience managing a team of cleaners
• Full UK driving licence
• Knowledge of COSHH
• Good eye for detail
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Able to work well in a team
• Pride in work and flexibility to meet business needs

Responsibilities

• Supervise a large cleaning team on a large site, covering sickness and holidays
• Ensure cleaning standards are maintained across the site
• Understand KPI/SLA targets and meet them monthly, including audits
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
• Foster strong working relationships with operatives
• Ensure cleanliness of site offices, toilets, canteen areas and warehouse
• Perform and document routine inspections and maintenance tasks
• Work as part of a team to prepare cinemas for the public
