You will oversee daily operations, ensuring proper materials, equipment, methods, and PPE usage are followed to uphold high cleaning standards.

The role emphasizes frontline leadership, coordination with the client, and safeguarding operational safety, with a focus on team performance and reliable service delivery.

• Report accidents and dangerous occurrences to Line Manager.
• Build strong relationships with team and client.
