Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Cleaning Team Leader to supervise a team of Cleaning Operatives onsite and ensure high standards of cleanliness.

You will drive on-site standards, maintain strong client relationships, and report to your Line Manager to keep safety and quality at the forefront.

The role requires reliable communication, the ability to work in a team or alone, and a commitment to consistent, high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Cleaning Operatives on site to maintain high cleaning standards.
• Ensure correct materials, equipment and methods are used and equipment is kept in good order.
• Report faulty machinery/equipment immediately.
• Ensure uniform is clean, kept tidy and worn; PPE worn at all times.
• Build strong relationships with the team and the client, and report incidents to Line Manager.
