Qualifications

• Experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or Team Leader.
• Experience managing a small team of cleaners.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleaning operations across the site.
• Lead and motivate a team of 4 cleaners.
• Manage rotas, holidays and staff coverage.
