Job summary

G's Group is seeking a Technical Support Administrator at our site near Ely, Cambs. This role supports the delivery of technical service across customers and internal teams, requiring organised, proactive administration.

You will coordinate KPIs, handle customer queries, assist with product specs and reports, and join cross‑functional meetings to drive quality improvements in a fast-paced fresh produce environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative, coordination, or technical support role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with data, documents, and cross-team interaction.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive mindset and ability to build relationships internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and update technical KPIs, complaints, and shelf-life data.
• Manage customer returns and queries; analyse trends to improve quality.
• Support the technical team with product specs, artwork, and line forms.
• Prepare internal and external presentations and crop reports.
• Attend availability meetings and support cross‑functional collaboration.
• Assist with specification reviews and version control.
• Support technical projects, audits, and improvement activities.
