Job summary

HVAC Total FM Recruitment is seeking a Facilities Manager for a site-based role in Daventry (NN11). The position offers a basic salary of £48,000–£50,000, Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 with flexible start/finish times, and 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, with responsibility for day-to-day operations
• Background in hard services or building maintenance preferred
• Strong leadership and people management skills required
• Proven ability to manage contractors, suppliers and client relationships
• Experience managing budgets and expenditure is essential

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operation of the site
• Lead and supervise the on-site facilities team
• Coordinate workloads and allocate tasks
• Monitor performance, training and development
• Manage planned and reactive maintenance
• Ensure health & safety and compliance across site
• Review quotations and support procurement
• Maintain relationships with client and stakeholders
