Job summary

adi Group is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead hard facilities management services at our Towcester site. You will take full responsibility for the operational delivery and act as the primary contact for site managers, engineering teams, customers and stakeholders.

The role covers managing preventative and reactive maintenance, budgeting and contractor performance, and identifying cost-saving improvements while ensuring safety and compliance across the facility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in contract and technical management for engineering and hard services contracts.
• Skilled in managing work order systems across multiple sites (planned and reactive).
• Experience delivering energy savings initiatives.
• Strong contractor, commercial and compliance/site monitoring skills.
• Background in food manufacturing or distribution industry.
• Experience managing engineering personnel.
• Proven ability to build direct client relationships and lead teams.
• Experience identifying, costing and quoting and executing minor works.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of hard facilities management services across the site.
• Lead management of site infrastructure, utilities, PPM, reactive maintenance, and minor works projects to ensure operational reliability.
• Manage contractors and service providers to deliver work safely, on time, within budget, to high standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders as the primary contact for FM activities.
• Manage site budgets, financial forecasting, performance reporting, and contract delivery to meet objectives.
• Identify opportunities for service improvements, cost savings and additional works, preparing quotations and overseeing project delivery.

Location – Onsite Monday to Friday – Towcester, Northamptonshire

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of hard facilities management services across our customer site. As the Facilities Manager, you will take full responsibility for the operational delivery of facilities management services, acting as the key point of contact for Site Managers, Engineering Teams, customers, and other stakeholders.

Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:

• Take overall responsibility for the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of all hard facilities management services across the site.
• Lead the management of site infrastructure, utilities, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and minor works projects to ensure operational reliability.
• Manage contractors and service providers, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for all facilities management activities.
• Manage site budgets, financial forecasting, performance reporting, and contract delivery to achieve operational and commercial objectives.
• Identify opportunities for service improvements, cost savings, and additional works, preparing quotations and overseeing project delivery.

About you
