Job summary

EMR Group in Liverpool, United Kingdom is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to perform reactive, predictive and planned electrical maintenance across fixed plant operations. This site-based role supports plant reliability, safety and performance with Monday–Friday hours and overtime as needed.

You will diagnose faults, repair motors, drives, control panels, conveyors and associated equipment. Strong PLC fault diagnosis and three-phase power knowledge is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience maintaining and fault-finding on industrial electrical systems.
• Experience with PLC-controlled equipment and electrical fault diagnosis.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise plant breakdowns.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on fixed plant equipment.
• Diagnose and repair faults on electrical systems including motors, drives, control panels, conveyors and related equipment.
• Maintain and fault-find on three-phase power systems, control circuits, PLCs, inverters, sensors and instrumentation.
