Job summary

BSW Group is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to maintain and improve plant equipment, ensuring maximum uptime. You will carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), respond to breakdowns, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role involves working with PLCs, drives, motors, sensors, and control panels, completing PPM tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Time-served electrical apprentice with hands-on maintenance experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Proactive, team-focused and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance and fault finding safely.
• Respond to breakdowns to minimise downtime.
• Work with PLCs, drives, motors, sensors and control panels.
• Complete PPM tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Support installation and commissioning of equipment.
• Identify and implement reliability improvements.
