Job summary

Ganymede Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Agent for highways and structures projects in Bath. The role centers on coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing construction activities and driving programme performance on a 12-month contract at around £600/day Inside IR35.

You will lead safety, quality and stakeholder management, with NEC contract exposure highly beneficial and a Full UK driving licence required.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND or Degree qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• SMSTS qualification.
• CSCS card.
• PTS certification (desirable).
• Temporary Works Coordinator certification (desirable).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver works.
• Manage construction activities and drive programme performance.
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with contractual, technical and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working under NEC contracts and complex live projects is advantageous.
