Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Limited is seeking a Site Agent for Highways and Structures projects in Bath on a 12-month contract. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate on-site activities and ensure timely delivery in line with NEC contractual requirements.

The ideal candidate will have civil engineering qualifications (HNC/HND or degree), SMSTS, CSCS and a full UK driving licence; PTS and Temporary Works Coordinator are desirable. Salary is £600 per day Umbrella Inside IR35.

Are you an experienced Site Agent within the Highways sector, seeking a long-term opportunity?

Ganymede are currently supporting our Tier 1 Contractor, in their search for a Site Agent for Highways and Structures projects.

You will be a proactive and driven civil engineering professional with a strong background in civil engineering and earthworks delivery, ideally within the Highways sector. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams.

You will play a key role in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing construction activities, driving programme performance, and ensuring works are delivered in accordance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements.

Experience working under NEC contracts and managing complex construction activities within live environments would be highly beneficial.

Requirements
